This year we need to raise $20,000 to equip the team with new helmet and purchase a new set of game balls. Funds will also be used for traveling expenses.

FAMILY CAMPAIGN INTRO EMAIL
Pirate Football Athlete and Families,
This year we are using FanAngel to run an online letter writing campaign to raise the funds needed to support our football program. To execute this fundraiser, each athlete is expected to send 20 emails to family, friends and fans that you believe have the means and desire to donate to our program.
Please collect these email addresses and have the athlete ready to send them at or after our Sept 15th practice. If the athlete has a smartphone, please have them bring it to practice on that day with emails saved in their notes (or similar) program. At that practice, we will shoot a short team video and then ask all athletes to send their 20 emails. If the athlete does not have a smart phone, then they will be ask to send their emails from home.
